OAuth Provider means third-party authentication services (such as Google, Microsoft, Apple) that you may use to sign into our Service.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, including business contact information and financial data.
Service refers to the Wageasy AI-powered invoicing mobile application and related services.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company, including AI processing services, payment processors, and analytics providers.

When you sign in using OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.), we collect:

To contact You: To contact You by email, in-app notifications, or push notifications regarding invoice status, payment updates, security alerts, and service communications.

To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your customer support requests, billing inquiries, and technical issues.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Account Deletion for OAuth Users

If you signed up using OAuth (Google, Apple, etc.), you can request account deletion by:

In-App Deletion: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the Wageasy mobile app
Email Request: Send a deletion request to privacy@wageasy.notchip.com with your account email

What happens when you delete your account

All personal information and financial data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
OAuth authentication tokens will be revoked immediately
Invoice data and client information will be anonymized or deleted
Some data may be retained for legal compliance (tax records, fraud prevention) as required by law
You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete

Data Portability

Before deleting your account, you can:

Export your invoice data and financial reports
Download your business analytics and insights
Save client contact information for your records

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account and visiting the account settings section. You may also contact Us at privacy@wageasy.notchip.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use industry-standard security measures including:

Encryption of data in transit and at rest
Secure authentication with OAuth providers

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
