- OAuth Provider means third-party authentication services (such as Google, Microsoft, Apple) that you may use to sign into our Service.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, including business contact information and financial data.
- Service refers to the Wageasy AI-powered invoicing mobile application and related services.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company, including AI processing services, payment processors, and analytics providers.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically about how you use our invoicing Service, including invoice creation patterns, payment tracking, and feature usage.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Personal Data
While using Our AI invoicing Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. We may also collect information that Your mobile app sends whenever You use our invoicing Service, including invoice creation frequency, payment processing data, and AI feature usage patterns.
OAuth and Third-Party Authentication Data
When you sign in using OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.), we collect:
- Your email address and profile information from the OAuth provider
- Authentication tokens and refresh tokens (securely stored)
- Account linking information

- To contact You: To contact You by email, in-app notifications, or push notifications regarding invoice status, payment updates, security alerts, and service communications.
- To provide business insights: with financial reporting, cash flow analytics, tax preparation assistance, and business performance metrics.
- To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your customer support requests, billing inquiries, and technical issues.

- With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your explicit consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable tax laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Account Deletion for OAuth Users
If you signed up using OAuth (Google, Apple, etc.), you can request account deletion by:
- In-App Deletion: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the Wageasy mobile app
- Email Request: Send a deletion request to privacy@wageasy.notchip.com with your account email
What happens when you delete your account
- All personal information and financial data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- OAuth authentication tokens will be revoked immediately
- Invoice data and client information will be anonymized or deleted
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (tax records, fraud prevention) as required by law
- You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete
Data Portability
Before deleting your account, you can:
- Export your invoice data and financial reports
- Download your business analytics and insights
- Save client contact information for your records
You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account and visiting the account settings section. You may also contact Us at privacy@wageasy.notchip.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure authentication with OAuth providers
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and monitoring

Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
